FEE ARRANGEMENTS
Many initial consultations are free of charge depending on the nature of the legal issues. As to the firm’s contract review, consulting, and litigation services, The La Spina Law Firm, P.C. offers flexible payment arrangements for its various services which may include an hourly fee, a one time flat fee, a contingency fee, or a combination of these arrangements, depending on the circumstances and client needs.
If a traditional contingency fee arrangement is agreed to, the firm may advance customary case expenses or costs the firm incurs and client only reimburses the firm for such expenses if a recovery is made, and Attorney is only paid attorney fees if there is a recovery. As for the firm’s alternative dispute resolution services, the firm charges the parties for either a partial or full day of mediation, depending on the needs of the parties. Specific fee schedules are available upon request. Most major credit cards accepted.
