Mark La Spina

Mark La Spina is from a proud military family and is a long-time Texan. He attended Texas Tech University and the University of Houston Law Center. He became a trial lawyer because he wanted to counsel those in need and fight for those who could not fight for themselves. He has successfully represented numerous plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of cases in state and federal courts.

Mark has lectured as an adjunct faculty member at various colleges and universities where he taught business law and other business courses. He also adjudicated cases as an Independent Hearing Examiner for the Texas Education Agency and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and qualified mediator. He has further served as a co-host and legal commentator on many radio shows and podcasts.
Mark currently handles general civil litigation. Several of his cases have been published in either the media or legal reporters.

Background

Mark is from a proud military family and grew up in both Colorado and Texas. He is a long time Texan and has lived in many different cities in Texas. He has been a general litigation attorney for over 30 years and is an avid Texas Tech Red Raider fan.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing guitar, stand-up comedy, writing books and songs, working out, learning Spanish, traveling and golf.
